Getting started

1. Create an account

Go to getpingd.xyz and log in with Twitch, Discord, Kick or Google. There is no password — your platform account is your login. Sessions last 30 days.

2. Take the dashboard tour

After login you land on Home. The sidebar groups everything:

  • Alerts — go-live alerts, YouTube alerts, message templates.
  • Streaming tools — overlays (Spotify now playing).
  • Connections — link or re-link your platforms.
  • Account — profile, settings, data export.
  • Community — our Discord server.

The server picker in the top bar switches between your Discord servers where the bot is present.

3. Send your first ping

  1. Invite the bot with /invite and give it a channel (see Discord setup).
  2. Link a Twitch, Kick or YouTube channel under Alerts.
  3. Pick a role to ping, save, and wait for the next live event.
